During the meeting of the Committee, it was mentioned that the bill (Reg. No. 2138) establishes administrative responsibility of officials-electronic platform operators for certain violations of the procedure of electronic reverse auction, specified by the Law “On amendments to the Law of Ukraine “On State Procurement” re introduction of electronic reverse auction procedure”.
The document suggests amending the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Infringements (particularly articles 16414 and 255).
People’s deputies believe that implementation of bill provisions shall secure adherence to the legislatively established procedure of electronic reverse auction by officials-electronic platform operators and prevent violations in this sphere.
